    I have no clue, but as the crowd says German is the best with Japanese as very close runner-up.

    Briefly, expensive is >$100, good is >$50, cheap is <$20.

    This shows quite an interesting result of different filters. filter test {hoya HMC vs tiffen}

    Anyway, no filter produces the best result =)
