    Enter hidden support page by

    1. http://<nas-ip>/support.html
    2. enable SSH: Allow remote access for support (SSH and SFTP)
    3. enter SSH, user: root, password: soho+<EMC GUI password>

    for example, your password is 12345. SSH password will be soho12345
